Certified by IBM Consulting Group in 1993, he has excelled in management consulting, specializing in Business Transformation and IT Strategic Planning. As a Pritchett certified Master Trainer since 1996, Eric has been a leading authority in change and uncertainty management, Leadership, and Growth & performance improvement consulting.

His extensive professional journey includes steering strategic business and information technology planning, executing business transformation projects, fostering organizational culture interventions, and championing customer-focused activities across the Asia Pacific. Eric’s expertise spans marketing, business management, Human Resource Management, Information Technology Systems Integration, and business outsourcing. His client portfolio boasts engagements with prominent organizations in the banking & finance, petroleum, manufacturing, airlines, telecommunications, and transportation industries across ASEAN, China, Australia, and Japan.

During his tenure at IBM Malaysia and EDS International, Eric held pivotal management positions, overseeing product & service marketing, executive & technical education, and management consulting. His commitment to excellence is evident through numerous professional and marketing awards, including 3 IBM America/Far East Golden Circles, 7 Asia Pacific Sales and Marketing Hundred Percent Clubs, and an IBM Asia Pacific Executive Excellence Award for strategic use of Information Technology in business.

Eric’s transformative career shift from marketing to consulting in 1992 led to his appointment as the Principal of IBM Consulting Group ASEAN in 1994. Currently, he is the founder and Chief Executive of Pritchett Asia Pacific, headquartered in Singapore. His extensive list of consulting and corporate training clients includes Pfizer, Honeywell, PETRONAS, Conocco Phillips, Oracle, Shell, Sony, UNICEF Asia Pacific, Nanyang Technological University, Intel, IBM, Baxter, Maxis, Eastman Kodak, EAC, Khind Industries, Zuellig Pharma, Nylex, KNM Group, and Axiata Group Berhad.

Notably, Eric has served as a TEC Chair for a group of 10 medium-sized company CEOs within The Executive Committee (TEC), an international organization of CEOs with over 6,000 members worldwide. A graduate of the University Of Canterbury, New Zealand, with a major in Chemical Engineering and Business Administration in 1975, Eric brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and strategic acumen to the global business landscape.
