Having served as an in-house consultant to the Consulting business at PwC Malaysia, Seow Swang emerged as a trusted  advisor, leading Core Consulting Curriculums and spearheading learning culture transformations to enhance overall business performance. Her extensive experience encompasses a diverse array of focus areas, including digital transformation, methodologies, business development, engagement solutions, project management, leadership, team development, data analysis, and relationship management.

Prior to her role as Partner at Pritchett Singapore, Seow Swang held a pivotal position as a strategic leader in our Asia business channels managing our publishing house and business development needs. Her dynamic expertise positioned her as the go-to consultant for change management and performance improvement in companies navigating transformation, mergers & acquisitions, divestitures, and business consolidations. She has served companies in the public and private sector and her clients include Heineken, Intel, Manulife, Petronas, GORE, UEM Waste Management, LTAT, Sunway Medical Centre, Bursa Malaysia, Takaful Ikhlas to name a few.
