Nanyu stands as a distinguished professional, certified by Pritchett to consult, coach and train  in Organizational Change and Culture Change. With an impressive career spanning over 40  years, she has been a pivotal force in driving positive change for organizations across the Asia Pacific and she brings a wealth of experience in student education development and training.

Nanyu’s expertise in Change Management is unparalleled, and her projects involve guiding clients through identifying change issues, customizing change interventions with tailored training programs for managers and employees, structuring rollout plans, and providing onsite training and certification for in-house change agents, process teams, and facilitators.

For 15 years, Nanyu served as the head of a large private high school and as a lecturer in an American University program college in Kuala Lumpur, where her expertise extended to student and teacher training, personal counseling, and coaching.

Her commitment to education is evident in her extensive research, conducted through field trips and working committees in Malaysia, Singapore, China, Taiwan, and Canada. Notably, Nanyu co-edited Chemistry textbooks used by Chinese Secondary Schools in Malaysia and served as a Curriculum Adviser for Dong Jiao Zong, the Chinese School Education Board of Malaysia.
