Kim Webster is a seasoned executive and consultant whose distinguished career spans over three decades, marked by a deep commitment to leadership development, organizational transformation, and strategic growth. As Change Management and Corporate Culture Leader—and Executive Vice President—at PRITCHETT, LP, she plays a central role in shaping the firm’s consulting direction, driving business development, and guiding clients through high-stakes change with clarity, discipline, and strategic insight.

Kim began her journey with PRITCHETT as a Business Development Consultant, partnering with leading organizations to define strategic priorities and implement enterprise-level transformation initiatives. Her ability to connect business strategy with human performance quickly established her reputation as a trusted advisor to senior leaders navigating complex change.

She later served with the Program on Negotiation (PON) at Harvard University, supporting executive education programs that convened global thought leaders, senior faculty, and top executives. In this capacity, she oversaw curriculum development, program delivery, and event execution for high-profile seminars that elevated negotiation and leadership capabilities worldwide.

Upon returning to PRITCHETT, Kim stepped into the role of Executive Vice President, where she continues to drive strategic growth, cultivate key client relationships, and oversee the delivery of impactful consulting engagements. Her work reflects a unique blend of behavioral science, leadership development expertise, and deep organizational insight—bringing both intellectual rigor and practical experience to every client partnership.

Grounded in a strong academic foundation in behavioral science, Kim’s approach is both analytical and human-centered, earning her widespread respect as a thought leader in change management and executive consulting.
